  • MIKE BEECH

    Mike is a director, DoP, editor, and drone pilot with over a decade of experience in the film industry. His work has won multiple awards in a wide range of international festivals and he is a three-time recipient of the coveted Vimeo Staff Pick Award. He has worked as a cinematographer on two Netflix Originals and has filmed projects in over 25 countries on 6 different continents. In 2022, he wrote and directed his fiction feature film debut, Mother Midnight (서까래), which is out now on Apple TV and Amazon Prime.

  • JIWON LEE

    Jiwon is a bilingual producer and translator. After leaving a high-flying corporate career to co-found Moktan Productions, she has worked as a producer on documentary, corporate and fiction projects. She has produced projects for brands that include Dyson, Hyundai, IISE, Johnson & Johnson, the V & A Museum and more. She also produced the award-winning documentary, Reclaiming The Negative, as well as the independent Korean fiction feature film, Mother Midnight (서까래).

  • KEITH KEUNHYUNG PARK

    A bilingual multimedia producer with more than 6 years of experience working in print, radio, television news, documentary, advertisement, and corporate shoots in South Korea for VICE, Netflix, Al Jazeera, CNA, Arte, ZDF, BBC, ARD, TF1, France24, CNN, PBS, META and Thompson Reuters Foundation. He was the recipient of the prestigious 2020 Peabody Award - Global Pandemic Coverage for producing PBS Newshour Covid-19 Coverage: “Global Pandemic” / “Making Sense: The Victims of the Covid Economy”

    Woman Kim is a bilingual photographer, videographer, and producer with a keen eye for detail. He creates sophisticated and compelling images across diverse themes, delivering high-quality visual content that engages and impresses. With a background working in fashion and experience in the corporate world, Wonman brings a unique set of valuable insights and skills to every project.

  • HYUNSUH PAIK

    Having lived between the U.S. and Korea, Hyunsuh brings a multicultural perspective to storytelling. With an academic background in film and journalism, he is honing his filmmaking skills as a production and camera assistant. As a native speaker of both Korean and English, he also works in translation and subtitling, helping bridge language and culture through film.

  • ALISON LENHARD

    As the newest addition to the team, Alison joins as an intern while studying graphic design and film as an exchange student in Korea. With a German-American background and a passion for languages, she has developed an interest in international productions. Having written, directed, and edited her own short films, she now contributes to both the company’s social media and production work.
